Shipping

All JIHAN orders are prepared and dispatched from Paris once a week, every Wednesday. Orders placed after the weekly processing cut-off will be dispatched the following Wednesday.

During particularly busy periods or around French public holidays, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as a small and independent team.

All orders are shipped with DHL. Available delivery services and the applicable shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your destination and order.

Estimated delivery times following dispatch:

1-3 business days to France
2-5 business days to European Union
3-7 business days to United Kingdom

These delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance or carrier delays. Customer care and order distribution are closed on weekends and French public holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.

If your parcel arrives damaged, is lost in transit or has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact shop@fromjihan.com so that we can investigate with DHL.

Import duties and taxes

Orders shipped within the European Union are not subject to import duties.

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to local import duties, taxes and customs charges. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the customer's responsibility.

If an order is refused or left unclaimed because applicable customs charges have not been paid, any return shipping, customs or carrier fees incurred by JIHAN may be deducted from the customer's refund.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned unworn, unused and in their original condition, with all tags and original packaging attached. Customers may handle an item only as reasonably necessary to assess its nature, characteristics and fit.

JIHAN reserves the right to reduce or refuse the refund where an item has been worn, used, damaged or handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty, damaged or incorrect. Where JIHAN provides a prepaid return label, its cost will be deducted from the refund.

Original standard delivery charges will be refunded where required by applicable consumer law. Any additional amount paid for express or upgraded delivery is non-refundable.

How to make a return

  1. Email shop@fromjihan.com within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your name, order number and the item or items you wish to return.
  3. We will provide return instructions and, where available, a prepaid DHL return label.
  4. Your return must be sent within 14 calendar days of notifying us that you wish to return the order.
  5. Once received, the item will be inspected and your return processed within five-seven business days.
  6. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Please do not return an order without contacting us first. Unauthorised international returns may incur additional customs or carrier charges, which may be deducted from the refund where applicable.

Return exclusions

The right to return does not apply to:

  • Goods made to order or clearly personalised;
  • Goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once the seal has been removed.

This may include underwear, pierced earrings, skincare or self-care products where the protective or hygiene seal has been opened or removed.

Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products remain covered by your statutory consumer rights.

Sale items

Sale items may be returned under the same conditions and within the same timeframe as full-price items, unless a lawful exception to the right of withdrawal applies.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. To purchase a different size, colour or item, please return your original order and place a new order separately.
